​Alhamdulillah the haze is clearing. May it remain this way or keep improving and may all of you be in great shape.
Sign ups have been awesome thus far and we thank every single one of you who have done so for your support. Due to the demand, we now only have 15 spots left so for those of you who may have friends interested, get them to sign up soon!!! Not only will they get the opportunity to enjoy the camp, they get to reap the benefits with you!
In fact, we have already divided those who have signed up into your respective groups. Expect a call from your facilitators real soon! :)

Full Dry Run on 13th June

Alhamdulillah, we managed to have a dry run for some of our larger-scale games with our station masters, facilitators and even first aiders coming down to test the games first hand. We have gotten some really good feedbacks on the games so we hope you will enjoy them as much as we all did!!! :D
The camp is coming up real soon so expect a call from your facilitators in a week or two for further details. For those who are yet to sign up, what are you waiting for?!!! Sign up with a few simple steps through our "Registration Form" tab above.
On a side note, with the scorching heat recently, do take care of yourselves and hydrate. We really hope to see you guys at the camp healthy and ready to go! 1st July, here we come!!!

Committee Dry Run on 1st June

We managed to carry out another round of game-testing on the 1st of June. It doesn't exactly qualify as a dry-run because, well, it wasn't dry at all! Alhamdulillah, we managed to cover quite a number of games that day and while we have discovered some flaws in some of the games at this stage, we will be rectifying them for your enjoyment. It is getting REALLY exciting with only a few weeks left to camp! Seeing all the signups so far... woohooo!!!
Even though the early bird promotion is over, we still have slots for participants yet! So remember ladies and gentlemen, if you're coming and have friends joining the NUS family, get them to sign up with you! The more the merrier!!! :)

Bonding Session @ Botanic Gardens

We recently had our committee bonding session over at the Botanic Gardens where we had a nice picnic under the shade and played some of the games which also await all of you during the camp. We sure had a whole lot of fun and we hope you’ll have fun too during the camp!!! :)

We’ll be having our next round of game-testing real soon to ensure that you guys get only the best games during the camp! Come back soon for more updates on that!

Newspaper Collection #3; 18/05/2013
Salam guys!

We were once again in Tampines today for our final newspaper collection! We would like to thank everyone (committee team and especially volunteers) who came down and lend a helping hand to make this collection a very successful one! Your sweat and effort did not went to waste as we managed to collect our targeted sum.Congratulations to the team and once again thank you so much everyone!

Now that that's settle, our team are in the midsts of finalising the event programs, teaser trailers and even goody bags!
Also, our participation registration form is finally up! Do sign up and join us during this upcoming July for a fun filled and exciting time making new friends, learning about your new school and meeting new people!

If you're wondering who's been knocking on your doors today, it could've been us! We had our first newspaper collection today at Chua Chu Kang Way from 10:00AM till about 06:00PM. It was a great first round of collection, alhamdulilah.

IGNITIUM PUBLICITY ON NUS OPEN DAY; 14/03/2013

Here's an update on the recent NUS Open Day that was held last Saturday, 14th March 2013.

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who took their time to come down and check out the courses as well as the CCA booths in NUS last Saturday. We hope that it was fun and beneficial for you and that you've at least get a sense of what NUS has got to offer!

For those of you who have been reached out during Open Day, you'd by now know a little bit more about our upcoming Social Camp organized by PBMUKS and NUSMS and that you'll soon be receiving updates regarding the camp and other upcoming events via email. However,for those who were unable to make it, fret not. We'll still continue publicizing this event on our other social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and of course on our dearest blog. Welcome to NUSMS PBMUKS Social Camp 2013's official webpage!
Every year, NUS Muslim Society (NUSMS) and Persatuan Bahasa Melayu University Kebangsaan Singapura (PBMUKS) will organise a Freshmen Social Camp for our Year 1 Muslim Freshies. It is a platform for the Year 1s to get to know your fellow muslim brothers and sisters of NUS as well as learning the ropes to embracing the university culture and getting to know the school better. This year our theme is Superheroes because we believe that each one of you possess a superhuman quality that is waiting to be unleashed. Hence, the awesome camp name;

'IGNITIUM - Ignite Your Inner Hero'.
